Usage Instructions:
For Color Services: Lightly spray over entire head before coloring and comb through. Proceed with color.

For Perm Services: Lightly spray over entire head as a pre-wrap. Process perm to manufacture's suggestions. After rinsing and towel-blotting processing solution, lightly spray H.K.P. over rollers and let stand 5 minutes (Do not rinse.) Then, apply perm neutralizer and finalize per manufacturer's instructions.
